Makeovers That Matter

Michael John Derricott has been a successful business man and hair stylist for over 20 years. During this time he worked in prestigious salons such as Umberto's of Beverly Hills and B2V. Wanting to utilize his knowledge of the industry and his business savvy he subsequently ran his own business out of the highly respected, high end Nick Chavez Salon and John Wayne Salon in Beverly Hills, California. This culminated in the establishment of the MJ Salon on La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood. Mr. Derricott, a strong believer in giving back to the community conceived and implemented Makeovers That Matter, a holistic approach to assisting people to feel better about themselves and preparing them to enter the workforce.
